我公司抗体溶解方法
1、 购买我公司子科生物品牌抗体后，查看标签上的规格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、 以规格为0.1ml的冻干粉抗体为例（部分抗体为液体，无需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加0.1ml双蒸水到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存；
若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加与标签上规格一致的（如：0.2ml）双蒸水溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）双蒸水到试管内，再加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）的甘油到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存；
若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）双蒸水，再加标签上规格的50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
