本试剂盒提供独特的组份提取细胞及组织中的膜蛋白。特殊的提取Buffer 在裂解细胞的同时，经过特殊处理，还可以选择性地分离提取细胞膜蛋白和胞器质膜蛋白。提取方法简单，可靠，快速。获得的膜蛋白纯度高，可用于SDS-PAGE、WesternBlot 、免疫共沉淀或细胞信号传导等后续研究，每次可以提取107个培养细胞或200 mg动物组织，本试剂盒可以使用50次。
