产品概述：

本试剂盒首先利用红细胞裂解液（Buffer TBP）去除不含细胞核的红细胞，再通过裂解液（Buffer Digestion）裂解白细胞，使DNA游离在溶液中，*使用高盐沉淀去除蛋白等杂质。本试剂盒既适用于含无核红细胞的血液，也适用于含有核红细胞的血液。 从300 μl含无核红细胞的抗凝血液可以获得10~20 μg DNA，抽提出的DNA纯度高，可用于酶切、PCR、文库构建、Southern Blot等相关实验。
